GATEWAY TO BOLTON
This shot is of 'The Gateway to Bolton', constructed in 2005. It is a 17m high single span bridge, supported by a parabolic arch and was designed by Bolton Metro Engineering Projects along with a specialist design consultant Cass Haywards. An independent design was also carried out by Anthony Hunts. |
